Episode #3 – Living Effortlessly

In this Wise Women Conversation Angela and Carren Smith discuss how to live life effortlessly. Carren Smith as a Bali Bomb survivor has known tragedy in her life, this led to years of depression as Carren tried to come to terms with being a survivor when her two best friends died. What happened that day in Bali changed Carren forever, she learnt what universal connection really meant. Carren has gone on to be Australia’s number 1 international Speaker as well as being a Spiritual Leader and Teacher. In this conversation we cover topics such as letting go and acceptance, ego vs essence and discovering who you are when you reach your mid-stage of life. This is an inspiring conversation with a very wise woman.

Episode #2 – Maintaining a healthy pelvic floor

In this episode of Wise Women Conversations Angela and Caitlin Grace talk about the pelvic floor health and the impact that menopause can have on your pelvic floor.

In this conversation we talk all about the pelvic specifically how the pelvic changes at menopause. Caitlin shares with us how to do pelvic floor exercises properly. We also discuss women’s disconnection with their feminine energy and how this impacts her relationship with her womb and pelvic floor. We also practice some womb breathing to bring us back into our centre.

Caitlin Grace is the author of “The Goddess Guide to Sex, Love and Life” a yoni egg coach and a self-love coach. She has been married, divorced and is now married to the love of her life for the past 25 years. Caitlin’s mission is to help women better understand the importance of their pelvic floor and why it matters. As a yoni egg coach Caitlin helps women understand there is more to the yoni egg practice than maintaining the pelvic floor. It is also a practice in tuning in, becoming more deeply connected to your body and mindful of the way you interact with yourself.

I loved this conversation and I had a lot of my personal questions answered, hopefully the answers to these questions might help you as well. Have a listen and let me know what you think. We will be continuing the conversation over in the Maga Woman Project facebook group which you can join HERE.
