After a couple of months break the Wise Women Conversations is back with some exciting conversations coming over the next few months. To open this season I have recorded a solo episode all about loving your liver. Many women don’t realise the important role that the liver plays in balancing their hormones. Many of the symptoms associated with peri-menopause are caused by a sluggish liver.
